NIGHTSIDE DISTILLERY is a fantastic, small batch distillery in Edgewood, WA. Most of their spirits begin with Washington apples and are distinct yet extremely drinkable. They’ve won quite a few awards and have bested many quality craft brands in blind taste tests. The purpose of the new design aesthetic is to redirect their target towards a premium market who wants to go out for a night on the town but never at the sacrifice of taste.
